Making the effort.
Actually managed to get up early enough today to get a workout in before leaving. This isn't really a surprise... I've been sleeping very poorly the last couple of weeks, and tend to be awake a lot. So it's not particularly difficult for me to get up early, since I just decide to stay up at some point when I wake up. Anyway, decided to go with balance ball abs again today. I was pretty sore after the last time I did this, but I don't think it'll be much of a problem this time, although it was a pretty good workout. I managed to get my breath actually flowing with my actions for short periods during the workout. This is something that I remember to work on now and again, and something that I really need to work on remembering more often. Anyway, heading out to SF in a few hours, so I should finish getting ready. Not sure exactly what type of activities we'll be up to out there, but I'll try and get regular workouts in whatever we end up doing.
